For sightseeing transport, share the order of stops, time at each location and the final destination so we can review the routes and vehicle hours.
We will review vehicle needs for passengers and luggage, and coordination with guides or existing transfers. Driver and sightseeing guide roles should be discussed separately.
Before confirming arrangements
We will check vehicle availability, routes, service hours and what the quote includes. Waiting time, itinerary changes, extra costs and amendment or cancellation terms will also be reviewed before arranging the service.
